No exceptions.įor those with oversight and management responsibility in any type of foodservice operation, ServSafe® is the food safety certification course developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. This deadline allows registered participants to receive their ServSafe book and class materials in the mail prior to the start of class.
