They got paranoid about it treating me like I was an escaped criminal !!! One of the ladies (older lady) was rude and aggressive about it. When I went into the reception, staff went way-over-board with their reactions (even though I had covered my face with my t-shirt!). Arrival with additional dogs on check in may result in the booking not being honoured and forfeiture of all monies paid.
Dogs must be pre-booked at the outset of booking (breed and number of dogs).
